[IMMEDIATE OPENING] BCBA Contract Position (Charlotte and Durham)

The board certified behavior analyst will conduct functional behavior assessments, analyze data, and develop/Support the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with assessment findings. This role also involves supporting schools in implementing tier 2 and tier 3 behavioral interventions within mtss frameworks and training staff on behavior strategies.

Required qualifications include current bcba certification and a master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience supporting students with disabilities. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of fbas, bips, mtss, and the ability to interpret behavioral data to inform interventions.
