Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner - Huntsman Cancer Hospital Inpatient BMT

This role is responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and ensuring the evaluation, training, and education of clinical staff within assigned areas, often in collaboration with the clinical staff education department and unit leadership. The practitioner bridges identified knowledge, skills, and practice gaps using the educational design process while maintaining clinical competence in their specialty.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and a minimum of two years of nursing experience, along with a current utah registered nurse license or eligibility to obtain one quickly. The position requires demonstrated ability to work variable and rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 environment.
