This role is responsible for planning and implementing community-Based challenge course programs, ensuring the physical and emotional health and safety of all group members during activities. Responsibilities also include assembling, disassembling, inspecting, and maintaining all necessary challenge course equipment.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have experience in outdoor programming, facilitation, climbing instruction, or related educational fields, or be enrolled in a relevant human services degree program. A required qualification is successful completion of the hmhi challenge course facilitator training and obtaining the rqi healthcare provider ecredential within 30 days of hire.
