The night shift employee is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of students during 13-Hour shifts in the backcountry for a full week at a time. This includes assisting with curriculum work, leading experiential activities, facilitating group discussions, and managing crises.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be 19 years or older, able to pass background and health checks, and possess a high school diploma (College degree preferred). Required certifications include first aid & cpr within the first month, with wilderness first responder being preferred.
