The role involves working one-On-One with children to implement aba-Based intervention plans, which includes preparing for sessions, conducting teaching activities, and updating caregivers upon completion. Responsibilities also include collecting accurate session data, adhering to treatment plans under bcba direction, and assisting with parent training and assessments as needed.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and must either possess current rbt certification or be willing to obtain it within 90 days of hire. Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and the physical ability to actively engage with children, including lifting up to 30 pounds regularly, are mandatory requirements.
