Middle School Paraprofessional

The school academic paraprofessional will support student academic success by working closely with teachers and administrators to provide assistance in classroom management, student instruction, and educational support services. Key duties include collaborating on lesson plans, providing individual and small group tutoring, and supporting students with special needs per their ieps.

Candidates must possess a passion for education and a belief in every student's potential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma is required, though an associate's degree or higher is preferred, and prior experience in education or youth development is considered a plus.
