Behavior Technician

The behavior technician/Registered behavior technician is primarily responsible for implementing the individual support plan and executing goals outlined by the bcba for funded cases or districts, ensuring all care is provided respectfully.

Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and one year of experience working with children, along with the willingness to complete the rbt curriculum and obtain certification. Strong interpersonal and documentation skills, comfort with technology, and physical ability to perform job duties are also required.
