Health and Physical Education Teacher

The teacher will develop lesson plans and deliver instruction in comprehensive health and physical education, ensuring alignment with new jersey student learning standards and district goals for students with special needs. Responsibilities also include promoting pupil safety, wellness, health maintenance, and physical fitness while maintaining orderly learning environments.

Candidates must possess a valid new jersey instructional certificate with a health and physical education endorsement or be eligible for one, along with demonstrated knowledge of the subject matter and effective teaching methods. Applicants must also be current new jersey residents or agree to obtain residency within one year of employment.
