Clinical Nurse Educator - RQI - Days

The clinical nurse educator is responsible for developing and coordinating orientation programs for new personnel, as well as managing continuing education, training, and simulation learning for all nursing staff. This role focuses on elevating professional nursing practice through coaching and mentoring nursing staff across the system.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing, current rn licensure in illinois, and hold or be willing to obtain specialty nursing certification within one year. A minimum of five years of clinical experience in a medical center, hospital, or academic setting is required, along with expertise in adult learning principles and strong communication abilities.
