Core responsibilities
The board certified behavior analyst will carry a caseload of 8-12 patients, conducting assessments and designing individualized treatment plans. They will also coach behavior technicians and empower parents to implement aba principles at home.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have an active bcba certification and previous experience in creating individualized treatment plans and supervising technicians. Experience in both skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment goals is also required.
