Behavior Technician

As a behavior technician in the aba program, the role involves assisting a licensed bcba with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions for children with autism. This includes supporting clinicians and helping patients learn new skills while effectively communicating with teammates, families, and patients.

Candidates should ideally have one year of experience in a therapy facility or be enrolled in a therapy curriculum, with applied behavior analysis experience preferred. Certification as a registered behavior technician (Rbt) or the willingness to obtain it is required, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-Paced environment.
