Registered Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians are responsible for implementing behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), collecting data to monitor treatment effectiveness, and supporting the bcba in training families on individualized treatment plans. They must also maintain clear communication with all parties and physically keep up with active children during sessions.

Candidates must possess current/Active rbt certification and have access to reliable transportation, along with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred, but not required, and a strong work ethic is essential.
