Core responsibilities

The counselor iii provides therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents, and families, conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnosing substance use and/Or mental health disorders. This role involves conducting individual, family, and group sessions using evidence-Based practice to help clients reach treatment goals, alongside assisting in case management and resource coordination.

Requirements summary

A master's degree in psychology, counseling psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited college is required, along with the necessary licensure (Lcsw, lpc). Two years of related work experience, preferably including crisis, outpatient, addictions, and high acuity client services, is preferred.
