Talent Development Specialist (800017)

This role involves managing a caseload of participants, providing counseling, assessing competencies, and developing individualized employment plans to help them achieve self-Sufficiency. Responsibilities also include tracking progress, maintaining accurate participant files, and ensuring accountability for job retention and advancement goals.

Candidates must possess a related associate degree or equivalent work experience, along with excellent verbal and written communication and demonstrated customer service skills. One to three years of experience in workforce development or related programs is preferred, and a current driver's license with low-Risk rating is required.
