Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a forward-thinking Illinois school district to hire a full-time School Psychologist for an immediate start through the remainder of the academic year. This role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in shaping positive academic, behavioral, and emotional outcomes for students.
As a School Psychologist, you will serve as a cornerstone of the student support team—using data-driven decision-making and compassionate practice to help students thrive. Your expertise in assessment, intervention, and consultation will directly influence educational planning and individualized student support.
You will work alongside educators, administrators, and families to create proactive strategies that remove barriers to learning and promote a safe, inclusive school climate.
Conduct observations of students in classrooms and various school settings to gain valuable insights. Provide compassionate counseling, instruction, and mentoring to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Promote wellness and resilience by reinforcing communication skills, social skills, problem-solving abilities, anger management, self-regulation, self-determination, and optimism.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement.
