Core responsibilities
The case manager will visit families twice weekly in their homes to model and reinforce positive interaction between young children (Two and three years old) and their parents/Caregivers, focusing on early literacy and school readiness. Responsibilities also include completing required weekly paperwork and actively participating in mandatory training, supervision, and staff meetings.
Requirements summary
A minimum requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent plus five years of experience in human services, along with at least one year working with young children and parents in a community-Based setting. Candidates must possess proficient computer skills, excellent communication abilities, strong judgment, and a valid, clean nys driver's license, with bilingual spanish skills being preferred.
