Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children aged 2–6, focusing on behavioral interventions, play-Based learning, and mastering real-World skills like communication and potty training. Responsibilities also include implementing treatment plans designed by bcbas, partnering with families, and accurately tracking progress data.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with some college being a plus, and must have reliable attendance and transportation. Applicants must either be rbt certified or willing to complete the company-Paid 40-Hour certification training, alongside completing cpr training and a background check.
