Lower School Homeroom Teacher

The homeroom teacher is responsible for preparing course objectives, mentoring the associate teacher, preparing diverse lesson plans, and effectively incorporating principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion into teaching. They must also model character pillars, report student progress, and maintain timely and effective communication with parents and caregivers.

Candidates must have three to five years of successful elementary teaching experience and hold a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred, ideally in elementary education. Essential qualities include a love for young children, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a solid foundation in teaching core academic subjects.
