Behavioral Technician VA/MD

The behavioral technician will provide one-On-One, center-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children aged 18 months to 10 years, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting and recording behavioral data, supporting skill development, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and reliable transportation to the clinic, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 60 days is required if not already certified.
