Youth Engagement Advocate - Thomas Stone High School

This role involves assisting school administrators with student code of conduct investigations, threat assessments, and conducting physical security assessments to maintain a safe and orderly school environment. The advocate will also serve as a liaison with emergency personnel, advise staff/Parents/Students on safety, and monitor student activities during peak times.

Candidates must possess a high level of emotional maturity, experience in public speaking, and knowledge of basic physical security functions, with a bachelor's degree preferred over a high school diploma. Essential qualifications include exceptional integrity, good judgment, the ability to establish authority respectfully, and physical fitness to engage in necessary physical activities.
