Behavioral Technician

The role involves providing one-On-One, center-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to young children, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting behavioral data and supporting the development of communication and social skills.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have reliable transportation to the clinic, along with strong communication and organizational abilities. Applicants are required to obtain rbt certification within 60 days if they are not already certified.
