Behavioral Technician VA/MD

The role involves providing one-On-One, center-Based aba therapy to young children (18 months to 10 years old) and implementing prescribed treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba. Technicians are also responsible for collecting behavioral data, supporting skill development, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have reliable transportation to the clinic, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to obtain rbt certification within 60 days is required if not already certified.
