Swim Instructor

The primary responsibilities include teaching swimmers water safety and technique according to the proprietary curriculum and providing positive reinforcement during instruction. Instructors must also communicate swimmer progress effectively to parents.

Candidates must possess the ability to work well with children, excellent communication and organizational skills, high energy, and a strong work ethic. A mandatory requirement is passing background examinations prior to starting training.
