Day Program Activities Assistant

The assistant will provide direct care and instruction to support adults with intellectual, developmental, or behavioral challenges in achieving goals and building life skills within a day program setting. Responsibilities include assisting small groups with varying needs through direct care and facilitating rehabilitative activities focused on developmental skills, communication, and enrichment activities.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and candidates must be at least 18 years old. Applicants must be able to obtain cpr, first aid, and map certifications shortly after hire and pass comprehensive background checks.
