Registered Behavior Technician - Urgently Hiring

The registered behavior technician implements individualized programs for adults based on aba principles to increase communication, self-Help, social, and employment skills, while reporting to the program manager. This role involves performing client training, implementing behavior intervention plans, and collecting and entering daily data related to skill acquisition and interfering behaviors.

Candidates must actively pursue or already possess the rbt credential and ideally have a bachelor's degree or three years of relevant experience, particularly working with adults or managing challenging behaviors in adults. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and basic typing/Writing skills are also mandatory requirements.
