Registered Behavior Technician - Urgently Hiring

The registered behavior technician implements individualized programs for adults based on aba principles to increase communication, self-Help, social, and employment skills, while reporting to the program manager. Responsibilities include performing client training, collecting and entering data, and implementing behavior intervention plans flexibly and responsively.

Candidates must actively pursue or already possess the rbt credential and typically require a bachelor's degree or three years of relevant experience, preferably working with adults or managing challenging adult behaviors. A driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and basic typing/Writing skills are also mandatory.
