Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional will provide hands-On assistance to individuals to achieve goals outlined in their individual service plan (Isp) and maximize community integration opportunities. Responsibilities include implementing isp and employment plans, teaching daily living skills, and advocating for participant rights and equality.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or one to two years of related experience is preferred. Candidates must possess a safe, reliable, registered, insured, and inspected vehicle for transporting individuals as needed.
