Special Abilities Swim Lesson Instructor

The instructor will work in the water assisting with aquatic instruction, providing support and encouragement to help participants learn to swim. Responsibilities also include ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the pool area and adhering to all ymca aquatic safety standards.

Applicants must be at least 15 years old and successfully complete a swimming skills test. They are also required to pursue ymca swim lesson instructor certification, cpr, first aid, oxygen, and lifeguarding certifications.
