Lead Two's Teacher

The lead two's teacher is responsible for implementing the aea curriculum and engaging children in developmentally appropriate activities within a nurturing classroom setting. Key duties include planning lessons, conducting child assessments, communicating with parents, and maintaining classroom order and safety.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a cda or higher qualification in early childhood education, or 45 hours of relevant training. Required attributes include classroom teaching experience in an accredited facility, a pleasant and friendly demeanor, high professionalism, and dependability.
