Preschool/Daycare Teacher - Vestavia Hills

The teacher is responsible for upholding the standards of excellence set by ardent, maintaining the academic program, and fostering the social-Emotional growth and development of all students under their care. This role also requires ensuring a safe and consistent environment conducive to child development.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass a dhr suitability check, background check, drug screen, and physical examination. A high school diploma is preferred, and candidates must be physically capable of various movements including climbing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
