Behavior technicians are responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and providing direct one-On-One support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role also involves collecting and analyzing data, assisting in treatment plan development, collaborating with the team, and communicating progress to caregivers.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, have a valid driver's license with insurance or reliable transportation, and be authorized to work in the united states. Previous experience with developmental disabilities and rbt certification or completion of 40-Hour bacb modules are preferred.
