Key Elder Care Team Member Part Time

This role involves supervising program participants to ensure their safety and welfare, assisting them with daily activities, personal hygiene, and providing one-On-One support as needed. Responsibilities also include recording performance data, modeling positive interactions during meals, and intervening with maladaptive behaviors as directed.

Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for at least one year of experience working with developmental disabilities. Completion of designated training in dementia, cpr, and first aid is required for this position.
