Intensive Behavioral Intervention Associate

The role involves providing direct behavior management consultation services to clients, staff, and family members, including conducting functional assessments and developing behavior management plans. Responsibilities also include training staff, coordinating, monitoring, and documenting behavior programs as approved by management.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in applied behavioral analysis, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human services area approved by dcs. Applicants must also be at least 21 years old, hold a valid indiana driver's license with a good record, and successfully pass background screening and a pre-Employment physical.
