Responsibilities involve ensuring client punctuality, remaining engaged while supervising clients, effectively managing crisis situations using prescribed techniques, and consistently implementing individual education plans and behavior management plans.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 18 years old for the community living and support services program or 21 for the children's residential program, and must provide formal proof of a high school diploma or ged. Applicants are also required to possess a valid indiana driver's license with a good driving record, successfully complete a pre-Employment physical, and favorably meet and maintain damar’s background screening standards, including being clear of felony convictions.
