ABA Learning and Development Specialist

This specialist is responsible for providing direct training to damar aba employees, facilitating new employee orientation, and assisting with broader learning and development initiatives for the aba team. Key duties include coordinating learning sessions, tracking mandatory training completions, and designing/Implementing programs to enhance clinical and administrative expertise.

Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and must hold a registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with 2-4 years of professional experience in education or mentoring.
