The Lead Toddler Teacher will be responsible for leading classroom instruction and developing the curriculum for children aged 12 months to 2.5 years old. This role also involves fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment while collaborating with educators and supervising support staff.
Candidates should ideally possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, although a Child Development Certificate is accepted. All candidates must maintain CPR/First Aid Certification and complete required Maine Early Learning Guidelines Training.
We’re looking for a nurturing, enthusiastic educator to lead or co-teach in a classroom of children between the ages of 12 months - 2.5 years old at our brand-new, purpose-built facility in Cape Elizabeth, located at 8 Two Lights Road (on the campus of St. Bartholomew’s Church).
