Behavior Technician

The primary function involves providing direct, one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment to children with autism spectrum disorder, focusing on teaching functional skills and reducing problematic behaviors in various settings. Technicians must follow treatment plans, prompt appropriate behaviors, adhere to documentation standards, and collaborate closely with the supervising licensed behavior analyst.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged, the ability to pass background checks, and physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain various postures for extended periods. Candidates must also be willing to work in diverse environments and drive within a 30-Mile radius for client treatment.
