Core responsibilities
The behavior technician provides direct one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment to children with autism spectrum disorder, focusing on teaching communication and social skills while reducing problematic behaviors. Responsibilities include establishing therapeutic relationships, following treatment plans, implementing interventions, and accurately collecting various types of behavior data.
Requirements summary
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, the ability to pass background checks and a tb test, and immediate completion of online rbt modules, cpr, and fingerprinting. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, maintain various postures for extended periods, and be willing to travel within a 30-Mile radius for client treatment.
