Child Care Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for the care and supervision of children in their assigned age group, leading, planning, and organizing childcare program activities to ensure high quality. This includes developing curriculum, communicating with parents, maintaining records, and supervising classroom support staff.

Candidates must be qualified under minnesota rule 9503.0032 for child development or teaching, with less than one year of experience required, though associate or bachelor of arts degrees are preferred. Current pediatric cpr certification from aha or american red cross is required within 90 days of hire.
