Job Coach I (Developmental Services)

The job coach supports individuals with career goals by acting as a cheerleader, teacher, and mentor to help them gain skills, strengthen confidence, and achieve independence. Responsibilities include coaching individuals or groups, monitoring work progress, providing hands-On support at job sites, tracking goal achievement, and potentially managing daily program operations.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old with a valid us driver's license for at least six months, and must obtain cpr, first aid, and map certifications shortly after employment. A high school diploma or ged is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with one year of related experience.
