Full-Time Behavior Therapist (Marlborough - Center/Discover)

The behavior therapist will provide direct applied behavior analysis (Aba) services to preschool-Aged children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans and tracking client progress through accurate data recording. Responsibilities also include supporting families via feedback and training while maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though a bachelor's degree in education or psychology is preferred. Candidates should have at least six months of experience working with children with autism, possess reliable transportation, and must pass a cori background check.
