Behavior Therapist (ABA) – Full-Time | Marlborough, MA

Join a supportive, mission-driven team helping preschool-aged children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their fullest potential. As a Behavior Therapist (ABA), you’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to teach communication, social, and daily living skills through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

  • What you’ll do
  • Provide direct ABA services in one-to-one or small-group settings to preschool-aged children.
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
  • Record data accurately to track client progress.
  • Support families through feedback and training.

  • Complete documentation and training requirements on time.

Qualifications
