Special Education Paraprofessional (Immediate Hiring)

The special education paraprofessional will collaborate closely with special needs students to provide necessary physical assistance and emotional support, ensuring they benefit fully from their educational placement under teacher direction. Duties include assisting with instructional programs, implementing behavioral plans designed by the iep team, and monitoring student behavior during non-Classroom periods.

Candidates should be detail-Oriented, hardworking, capable of high-Level execution, and able to operate independently in a fast-Paced environment, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a childhood education setting is preferred.
