Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The board certified behavior analyst leads the development, coordination, and implementation of behavioral supports and instructional programming for students, ensuring compliance with regulations and focusing heavily on tier 1 and tier 2 interventions within the multi tier systems of support (Mtss). This role involves conducting fbas, developing bips, providing direct and consultative support, and building staff capacity through professional learning.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related behavioral science field and hold current board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification, along with experience implementing behavioral-Based programming in educational or clinical settings. Preferred qualifications include a california pupil personnel services (Pps) credential and prior school-Based or special education experience.
