Full-Time RBT (Guaranteed Hours) | $30/hour

The role involves delivering personalized, hands-On support through direct training and daily supervision of adults with significant behavioral challenges and intellectual disabilities enrolled in the cal program. Responsibilities include implementing and documenting active treatment plans, utilizing behavior modification strategies, and safely transporting participants to community activities.

Candidates must possess a current and active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification along with a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/Or developmental disabilities. A high school diploma or ged, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check are also mandatory requirements.
