Early Pre-School Teacher

The teacher is responsible for creating and managing a challenging learning environment for preschool children by implementing the creative curriculum and cde standards, preparing individualized daily lesson plans, and ensuring age-Appropriate curriculum delivery based on developmental needs. Essential duties also include maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom, promoting secure relationships with children, conducting observations, providing meals, and maintaining ongoing professional communication with parents.

Minimum qualifications require an associate of arts or science degree in early childhood education or a closely related field, along with 24 ece units and a teacher permit issued from cctc, though a ba degree is preferred. Candidates must possess a minimum of two years' experience working with preschool children (Ages 2-3 years) and demonstrate good communication, problem-Solving, and organizational skills.
