Candidates are required to have a master’s degree (Or equivalent graduate coursework) in divinity, theology, philosophy, psychology, pastoral care, or a related field, along with a minimum of one unit of clinical pastoral education (Cpe). Preferred qualifications include 2-4 units of cpe and professional or faith body endorsement.
