Clinical Educator Outpatient Heart Center

The clinical educator facilitates lifelong learning and professional development for clinical staff by designing and implementing educational programs covering orientation, ongoing competency, and career growth. This role involves developing, coordinating, and evaluating educational activities based on identified practice gaps, utilizing adult learning principles to enhance professional development.

Required qualifications include at least three years of related clinical and/Or nursing experience, along with a four-Year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Candidates must possess state or national licensure for clinical professional practice and required life support certifications like basic life support and potentially pals, pears/Paces, or nrp depending on the specialty.
