Core responsibilities
The administrative assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing various clerical and administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, filing, and managing supplies inventory. Staff must also adhere to policies, attend required training, and report any suspicious behaviors or policy violations.
Requirements summary
Candidates need strong organizational and time-Management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in microsoft office, canva, and comfort learning new software. A high school diploma or equivalent, three years of administrative assistant experience, and current or pending cpr/Aed and first aid certification are required.
