Job description

General Description We are seeking a committed and motivated Behavioral Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with program staff and BCBAs to implement effective behavior-management intervention techniques while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. You will play a key part in delivering hands-on behavioral services, collecting meaningful data, and helping ensure that each member receives consistent, high-quality support aligned with their Individualized Support Plans.

Responsibilities

Develop an effective working relationship with CAU staff Thoroughly document all interactions with members Maintain appropriate staff/member interactions Follow treatment/teaching plans as per BCBA Collect behavior data as required Implement prescribed behavior support plans Complete all graphing as designated by BCBA supervisor Participate in supervision meetings as scheduled Communicate treatment information to BCBA in a timely manner Maintain a good professional relationship with guardians and members

Requirements

BA/BS in Human Services Field. Minimum two years experience working with people with developmental disabilities or at-risk adolescents in program planning and/or behavior management. Pursuing MA in related field towards BCBA. SHIFT Various shifts, late afternoons, evenings, weekends.
