Hi-Risers Assistant

Assistants support the implementation of the hirisers curriculum, conduct aggressive outreach for all programs, provide ongoing support and feedback to participants, and help evaluate students using assessment tools. They also manage equipment, communicate site issues to the supervisor, and chaperone special events.

Candidates should be attending college or possess an associate's degree, and must be highly organized, responsible, and serve as positive role models for teenagers. A commitment to the urban dove mission and strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
